About MSF

To present the latest product to the customer;

Understand the customer needs and requirements, develop an effective sourcing strategy;

Update market situation with Design Team;

Follow up orders with customers, and internal parties to ensure customer satisfaction and on-time delivery.

Work closely with other departments such as Quality Control and Shipping for updating the quality standard and shipment status;

Ensure that shipping and sampling shelves are stocked at all times;

Arrange sample submission to customers for approval;

Assist in the Product Development Process to ensure that products meet customers’ quality and budget requirements.

Based on seasonal concepts and theme to recommend the new collection to the sales team;

Combine new trends to design products for fair;

Draft sample instruction, check sample and dimension;

Arrange sample submission to customers for approval.

Handle with shipping schedule and make booking;

Handle shipping related documents;

Apply for all kinds of export certificates like CO, Form E, Form F and so on.

Identify product quality risk and develop solution plans;

Conduct factory audits to ensure that factories meet international / customers’ compliance standards;

Provide technical support to merchandisers, factories, and customers to ensure product quality;

Coordinate with the compliance team or 3rd party for factory audit;

Manage the quality standards with regular updates on new regulations, analyze quality failure and implement assessment corrective and preventive action.
