We will help your business customize our products to your own branding and specifications. You can provide us by a CAD, AI, PDF of drawing or tooling instruction concept. Our highly experienced team will ensure that every procedure is performed with attention to detail and to the highest standard. We can also help you develop original product ideas that still do not exist on the market.
When all costings are confirmed, we will send you a non-customized pre-order sample (POS) for you to review the quality of the product. If the POS is approved, you will receive a pre-production sample (PPS) that is customized to your specifications and branding. PPS will give you a complete view of how your products will feel and look. Before your order is dispatched, a pre-shipment sample (PSS) will be sent to you for a final approval. In case you want to arrange a pre-shipment inspection.
Our local and international sales teams will make sure that all procedures are followed timely and that the quality of your product is maintained during all stages of the production process. A designated account manager will be always available to provide you with any key information related to your projects.
As soon as you order is ready for shipment, we will help you plan and arrange its delivery anywhere in the world. For each of your shipments we compare quotes of at least 5 partner forwarding companies in order to reduce your shipping costs as much as possible. Also we will help you arrange cargo insurance and customs clearance according to the trade term of price.

Normal samples are available and the shipping cost will be on your account. Customized sample will be pricing according to the technique and costing.
